today I received this amazing email from you:

The only chance to avoid the interuption of your 'services' is to run away from you, to leave to most incompetent and ignorant hosting company I know of as fast as possible.
Our website has been entirely down for months(!!) this year, you have not solved any tickets, you have not even replied to any tickets but you have deleted every ticket without even locking into it, you did not answer any phone calls, you have ignored every email, you have shut down webservers and SQL servers at will, you left the HELM control panel inaccessible for weeks, you have deleted our website without having a current backup, you have changed IP addresses without letting us know, you have uninstalled crucial server components without any notice and today, after two months of absolute silence from your side you want me to pay a bill?
This has to be a joke.
I want a refund. A refund for an uptime that was 70% at the most this year. I want a refund for the approximately 150 hours of work I had because of you. I want a refund for the SQL server I had to set up because yours was down. I want a refund for the money our members had to pay in order leave 1PlanHost and to buy better webspace. I want a refund for the time our members wasted when trying to access our site while it was down. I want a refund for all the services we paid for but never got.
Please reply here, I am sure our members are highly interested in what you have got to say.

At least they are true to form. Seems they send this reminder to all of those that jumped ship by all the complaints I have read.

I am wondering how you can suspend a web site that has been down since the beginning of september?
Well, I opened a support ticket at 1PlanHosts helpdesk:

Since our tickets get replaced with somebody elses ticket I found this to be good way to inform the remaining 1PlanHost customers about what is going on.
By tomorrow SfD will have thousands of open tickets (360 per hour), the content gets hopefully read by other 1PlanHost customers.

I can read other customers Frontpage/Control Panel/Shopping Cart/Email passwords just by opening my tickets. I hope these guys get sued.

More than 4000 SfD Tickets have been submitted to the 1Planhost Support department until yesterday afternoon. No reaction yet, but 1Planhost is entirely down now.
Hopefully some of their customers had the chance to read one of these tickets and ran away from that rip-off company.
